IOPS 480

Henrik Pejer requested to merge IOPS-480 into master

This will add configs to http to not allow any request to the phpmyadmin-stuff. And it will also create a blank index.html for the otherwise default page on :80.

Best would have been if there was a variable that we could use that would fix these problems - but I've tried them and they didn't work.

I'm not sure this will work better but I sure hope it will and since it seems we cannot stop the service from starting, at least we can try to configure it to not really work...
